Saturday - 8:00am - Lake Forest - East Train Station - Jan. thru Dec.
6.24 mile scenic run through Lake Forest with lakefront stretch.
Club announcements are made promptly at 8:00am,
with the run to follow - rain, snow, or shine.
Tuesday - 6:00pm - Vernon Hills - Lakeview and Rt. 60 - Nov. thru Mar.
8.0 mile tempo run through Vernon Hills residential areas.
Thursday - 6:00pm - Lake Forest - East Train Station - Jan. thru Dec.
6.0 mile run through Lake Bluff and Lake Forest with lakefront stretch.
Thursday - 6:00pm - Libertyville - Rt. 60 Canoe Launch - Apr. thru Oct.
8.5 mile tempo trail run through forest preserves on the Des Plaines River Trail with optional hill repeats.
Sunday - 8:00am - Barrington High School - Lake Cook and Hart Roads - Nov. thru Mar.
8.0/12.6/13.5/16.0 mile scenic but challenging rolling courses with some hills,
though Barrington Hills residential areas.
Sunday - 8:00am - Libertyville - Rt. 60 Canoe Launch - Apr. thru Oct.
6.0/8.0/10.0 mile scenic trail runs through forest preserves on the Des Plaines River Trail.
