Mark your calendar for the 2nd Annual LFLB Club Relay!!!
Date: Saturday, August 22nd, 2009
Time: 8AM
Place: EAST Lake Forest Train Station
All Club members and their families are invited to participate. Food and drinks provided by the Club after the event. First Place prizes for 1st Walking Team and 1st Running Team.
Course:
The start will be located in the parking lot south of Deerpath.
Runners and walkers will go ¾ mile down the bike path to just before Ryan Place, turn around, and head back to the start.
Each
team will consist of two people and will be determined by a random
drawing of names at the start. Each runner on the team will run the
course two times for a total of 3 miles and a team total of 6 miles.
Each walker will walk the course one time for a total of 1.5 miles and
a team total of 3 miles.
This is a FANTASTICALLY FUN Club event and one you just don’t want to miss!!!
